David Westlake is an Anchorage based yoga and meditation teacher. His style combines a light hearted manner with body awareness and a heavy dose of mindfulness. He is passionate about wanting every person he teaches to feel that yoga is for them and that it is a practice open to all. Besides offering classes at local studios, he is the co-founder and lead teacher of Turiya of Alaska which brings yoga into several of Alaska's correctional, mental health and recovery facilities.
